About The Position

The Paraprofessional position for the SY2024-2025 is designed to assist classroom teachers by providing support to individual and small groups of classified students. Requirements

• High school diploma; college graduate preferred
• Minimum experience as determined by the board
• Demonstrated ability to assist with instructional activities
• Effective communication skills with students, parents/guardians, and school staff
• Knowledge of diverse needs of students with disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Successful Criminal History Clearance
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
• Must be a NJ resident within one year from date of hire
