About The Position
The Paraprofessional position at Central Intermediate School involves supporting the mission and vision of Beech Grove City Schools. The role requires creating positive relationships with teachers and administrators, demonstrating regular attendance and punctuality, and showing respect for supervisors, subordinates, and peers. The Paraprofessional must display courtesy, tact, and respect when dealing with students, parents, colleagues, administrators, and community members. Additionally, the individual must handle sensitive issues tactfully while maintaining confidentiality, work as part of a team, react positively to constructive criticism, and dress appropriately for the classroom setting. Maintaining a positive self-image within the community and understanding and enforcing school rules and regulations are also essential responsibilities.
