About The Position
The position is for a Paraprofessional, Special Education at Emerson Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year. The role is Monday through Friday, not to exceed six (6) paid hours per day, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The position includes 61 paid hours every two weeks to allow for a 30-minute weekly meeting with the teacher. The focus is on a behavioral unit, and the candidate must be willing to be trained in crisis prevention intervention training. The position reports to the building principal, Director/Coordinator of Student Services, and/or designee.
