About The Position

The Richardson Middle School is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional. This role involves working closely with students who require additional support in their educational journey. The paraprofessional will assist in various capacities, ensuring that students receive the necessary guidance and care throughout the school day.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and support of one or more students throughout the school day
• Providing personal care support to students
• Assisting with self-care support, including toileting and/or diapering
• Carrying out duties and responsibilities as directed by special education teachers
• Supporting inclusion specialists and therapists as needed
• Performing any other assigned tasks by the Principal
