About The Position

Special Education Paraprofessionals We are searching for Instructional Paraprofessionals and One to One Aides to work with students on the autism spectrum and students with multiple disabilities. We have full-time positions available starting immediately or with notice to current employer. Hawkswood School also provides a competitive annual salary (between $24,800 and $62,000 based upon level of education achieved and years of experience) and full benefits package that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off. Full-time positions available (Monday-Friday) 12 Month Program Paraprofessionals work closely with students under the direction of the classroom teacher and therapists in meeting each students individual program goals through academics, functional communication skills, social skills and behavioral supports.
