Paraprofessionals provide both academic and behavioral supports for students with disabilities. Beyond core daily responsibilities, Paraprofessionals are future educators in our organization who are not only directly supporting our children but developing their instructional skillset over time. Suggested Qualifications Strong commitment to, belief in, and alignment with mission and vision of BPS. High school diploma or equivalent (at minimum). Strong communication skills, including verbal and written. One year working in education and/or with a diverse student population in a non-education setting. Openness to feedback, desire to continue development as a professional, and willingness to take responsibility for student outcomes and achievement. Demonstrated track record of operating with a growth mindset and deep humility in all previous roles.
