About The Position
The Integrated Pre-School Paraprofessional will provide classroom support for 3 and 4-year-old children, both with and without special needs. The position involves assisting in a classroom setting that operates five half-day sessions, either in the morning or afternoon. Responsibilities include physical restraint, diapering, toileting, and lifting of students, as well as a willingness to be trained in and utilize ABA techniques and data collection. The role is essential in helping the teacher achieve educational objectives by working with individual students or small groups to help them reach the skill levels of the class as a whole.
