About The Position

Victor School District seeks a full-time paraprofessional (1.0 FTE) for our pre-k ELP program. This ELP program is for 4-year-old students who have been identified as not on target to reach literacy proficiency by the third grade. This is a full-day literacy intervention program, not a traditional pre-school. This position will begin in January 2026. All recommendations for employment are subject to Victor School Board approval.

Requirements

• All applicants must be physically able to perform these duties.

Responsibilities

• supporting and assisting the classroom teacher with school and classroom routines
• supporting and assisting the classroom teacher with classroom instruction
• supporting and assisting the classroom teacher with classroom and playground supervision
• adhere to all District policies and procedures set forth by the Victor Board of Trustees and all applicable laws.
• adhere to and reinforce classroom policies and procedures set forth by the classroom teacher, administration.
