About The Position
The Paraprofessional II - Special Education position involves assisting special education students in receiving the services mandated on their Individualized Education Programs (IEP). Paraprofessionals provide instructional support and services under the direct supervision of a fully certified teacher, helping students with safety, academics, social, behavioral, and physical needs while promoting appropriate levels of student independence. Responsibilities include classroom preparation, management, and maintaining documentation.
