Medical personnel support training events involving physically and psychologically demanding activities conducted in classroom, laboratory, aquatic, and austere field environments. The Paramedic is responsible for providing pre-hospital emergency care, monitoring student and instructor safety during training events, and supporting operational risk management requirements in accordance with established medical protocols and training directives. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to operate independently in remote environments, and the capacity to respond rapidly to medical emergencies.
