About The Position
Up to $5000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility St. Francis Hospital Memphis Saint Francis Hospital Memphis is a 510-bed acute care hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the Mid-South community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Memphis features a broad spectrum of tertiary and acute care, outpatient services and specialty areas including Women’s Services, Surgical Services, Bariatric Center of Excellence and Behavioral Health. Other acute care areas include Emergency Room, Critical Care, Med/ Surge and Telemetry. Paramedic Full Time Days Position Summary Acts as a member of the healthcare team to perform delegated patient care duties in the department assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic training course.
- Paramedic experience.
- Paramedic License
- BLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire if not current
- CPI required within 90 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an emergency room.
Responsibilities
- The Paramedic holds shift accountability for providing care to patients in accordance with recognized techniques, standards of practices and hospital policy and procedures.
