Gateway Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a full-time Paramedic to sit onsite to facilitate contrast injections at the location in Abilene, TX. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) Job Summary: If confronted with an adverse event (contrast reaction, infiltration or situation that requires the radiologist), the Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic should immediately use the Teams audio/video functionality to alert the supervising radiologist. The radiologist will assist with assessment of the patient and provide appropriate treatment instruction, including any medication administration. It is also the responsibility of the on-site contractor to ensure 911 has been called when necessary. Items listed must be complete prior to onsite coverage. Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Previous experience as a certified EMT or Paramedic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
