About The Position

Other acute care areas include Emergency Room, Critical Care, Med/ Surge and Telemetry. EMT IV Full Time Nights Position Summary The Licensed Paramedic acts as a member of the healthcare team to perform delegated patient care duties in the department assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic training course.
• Current licensed as EMT-P.
• BLS.
• ACLS.
• PALS within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

• Paramedic experience
• experience in an emergency room
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Basic and Advanced Trauma Life Support

Responsibilities

• The Paramedic holds shift accountability for providing care to patients in accordance with recognized techniques, standards of practices and hospital policy and procedures.
