Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Texas-licensed Paramedic / EMT-P
  • CPR, ACLS & PALS certifications
  • Valid TX Driver’s License & clean MVR
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and deliver excellent patient care
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
  • Must pass background, drug/alcohol screening
  • Protocol certification from Medical Director within 30 days

Nice To Haves

  • Prior field experience as an EMT-P.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, stabilize, and provide lifesaving interventions in emergency & non-emergency situations
  • Deliver safe, compassionate care during transport
  • Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, and utilize all tools in your scope
  • Relay critical information to hospitals and follow Medical Director protocols
  • Provide clear, accurate ePCR documentation
  • Maintain ambulance readiness, equipment safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
  • Work closely with your partner, supervisors, and system leadership to ensure smooth operations
