Care2U is a fast -growing healthcare startup providing on demand, in -home, urgent, and acute care throughout Westchester County, Manhattan, and the surrounding boroughs, focusing on providing a patient -centered care experience. Our goal is to keep patients in their homes and out of the hospital. This job posting for a Paramedic at Care2U focuses on providing urgent and acute in -home care on an on -call basis, ideal for healthcare professionals who value patient -centered, flexible work in Long Island. Here are the main aspects: Mobile Health Specialist (Community Paramedic): Job Responsibilities Home Visits: Conduct in -person home visits to manage acute illnesses and injuries. Treatment & Collaboration: Provide treatment in line with evidence -based guidelines and collaborate with a multi -disciplinary team, including telehealth Emergency Physicians and care coordinators, to handle complex cases. Risk Assessment: Identify risk factors, such as medication compliance, limited mobility, impaired nutrition, fall safety, and social isolation. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality, complete timely electronic records, and adhere to acute care standards. Vehicle Requirements: Respond on an on -call basis using a personal vehicle, with the option to use a Care2U vehicle when available and pick up necessary equipment from designated locations. Requirements

  • Valid NYS Paramedics Certification
  • 3 years of experience in 911, Interfacility or Community Paramedicine
  • BCLS, ACLS, NYS Paramedic. Valid NYS drivers license
