About The Position

Johnson Memorial Hospital, EMS Team Stafford Springs, CT You would be responsible for performing all advanced procedures required during treatment and transport unless assisted by another licensed EMT-P.

Requirements

• High school diploma and completion of an accredited Paramedic program.
• Current Paramedic CT license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must have the ability to think and act calmly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess situation, provide necessary medical care to treat, stabilize and prepare patient for transport when necessary
• Communicate clear, concise information with patient, care team and family members
