The hospital has been providing compassionate and quality health care to residents and visitors of western Nevada County since 1958. One California The EMT-Paramedic is responsible for rendering patient care as provided by state law in the pre-hospital setting and the hospital under the supervision of the base hospital physician and/or Service Leader while functioning in the SNMH Ambulance Services system.
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic: CA (EMT-P:CA)
- Driver's License: CA (AUTO:CA)
- Certified Ambulance Driver: CA (AMBDVR:CA)
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
- ACLS -PALS
Responsibilities
- rendering patient care as provided by state law in the pre-hospital setting
- rendering patient care in the hospital under the supervision of the base hospital physician and/or Service Leader while functioning in the SNMH Ambulance Services system
