About The Position
Position Summary: Responds to calls for emergency medical services and provides patient care as directed and/or determined necessary.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree Preferred; Graduate of a Program in Discipline; validated by current state licensure
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-P)
- Current valid Class D (Chauffeurs) Iowa driver’s license and current valid Iowa EMT or PM certification as applicable. Must also submit motor vehicle record to HR department during screening process
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience (paid or volunteer) as a FR, EMT, or Paramedic preferred
