As our Paramedic Tech at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group, you will help our patients in emergency situations by providing immediate medical attention and support to stabilize their condition so they can receive proper medical care. Every day, you will be responsible for assessing patients' medical needs, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing emergency medical care. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to emergencies, and collaborate with other medical professionals to deliver the best possible care to our patients. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. You should have a good understanding of medical equipment and procedures, and a drive to continually improve your skills and knowledge. Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides direct patient care under oversight of EMS medical director or designee.
