The Emergency Department (ED) Paramedic will function as a member of the clinical team in the Emergency Department assuming and providing quality care to patients in the Emergency department. The Weeks Medical Center (WMC) paramedic may be asked to accompany an EMS service on a transfer to another facility based on acuity. The WMC paramedic will follow the protocols set forth by the state of New Hampshire and the WMC standards of care. The Paramedic is accountable to the Emergency Department Manager and Emergency Department Director. Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
