About The Position
The Paramedic delivers patient care within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) framework, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to assist medically ill and traumatized patients. This role includes leadership responsibilities over EMTs during emergency calls and requires participation in departmental operations, training, and equipment management. The Paramedic must demonstrate the ability to assess and treat patients according to established protocols, ensuring care is appropriate for the age and condition of the patients served.
