About The Position
The Paramedic-IP performs direct patient care in the Emergency Room under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) according to established standards. This role maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care, coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. The Paramedic-IP performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's Mission, Values, and Services Standards.
