About The Position

Requirements

• Current certification as a Paramedic or PHRN in Pennsylvania or eligible for reciprocity.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• Valid Driver's license or eligibility for a Commonwealth of PA driver's license.
• PA DOH EMSVO certification within 30 days of start date.
• HazMat Awareness Training and NIMS (100, 200, 700, 800) required within 30 days of start date.
• Must obtain Medical Command within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer advanced life support care on 911 emergency incidents.
• Provide care during the transportation of patients.
• Complete required certifications and training within specified time frames.
• Maintain valid certifications and licenses as required by the Commonwealth of PA.
