Paramedics provide emergency treatment, including advanced life support, to patients in emergencies. The Paramedic's role is to assess the urgent medical needs of patients and stabilize their conditions. Paramedics are the most highly trained emergency medical responders. A caregiver in this position works from: 11:00am - 11:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am (will work 2 - 11:00am- 11:00pm) and then a night shift. Every other weekend. Every other holiday. Eventually it will be just 11a-11p in the future.
