About The Position

As a Paramedic - ED with HCA HealthONE Aurora, you can be a part of an organization that is devoted to giving back! You will implement technical procedures and care to Emergency Department patients safely and effectively, working under the direct supervision of the Emergency Department physicians. You will perform lab testing as assigned based on protocol, documenting results and communicating critical information as defined.

Requirements

• Current Colorado State Emergency Technician (EMT P) License required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a field paramedic with an EMS agency and/or clinical experience working in a hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical procedures and care to Emergency Department patients safely and effectively.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Emergency Department physicians performing care for patients in accordance with physician's orders, policies, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Perform lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical information.
