A Paralender in our Commercial Banking area is responsible for assisting Commercial Banking Advisers with processing and maintaining a large commercial loan book of business with special emphasis on real estate and commercial construction lending.
Assists with customer contact and resolution of customer problems.
Orders appraisals and title work.
Prepares instructions for document processing.
Ensures preparation of documents and closings are completed as approved.
Orders construction inspections and prepares construction draws.
Experience with commercial loans from request, through approval, appraisal, title work, and documentation through closing and post-closing.
Experience with loan advances through the inspection for percentage of completion process.
Experience in portfolio maintenance such as clearing of technical and financial exceptions, collection of past dues, renewal of matured loans, and updating inventory.
