About The Position

SHB's litigation practice is growing! We are seeking a Hybrid Paralegal with
experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document
production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings
and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and
join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. SHB offers a challenging,

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience.
• Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required.
• Travel required.

Nice To Haves

• Litigation Trial Experience (attending trials);
• Experience chronicling trial exhibits;
• at least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with demonstrated tenure.
• Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred.
