The Paralegal will assist attorneys by providing support services including document preparation and litigation support.

Requirements

Experience with the Register of Authority and/or PACER
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Able to balance multiple demands simultaneously.
Patience under pressure, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Attention to detail: Preparation of Legal Documents
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Paralegal certificate is required.

Responsibilities

Review and draft contract amendments and addenda, non-disclosure agreements, and discovery responses.
Analyze and manage subpoenas and document preservation requests.
Identify, organize, and coordinate retrieval of evidentiary documents
Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules, calendaring deadlines, and providing timely reminders of same.
Manage company-wide contract management system.
Ability to participate in early morning and late-night meetings with global teams.
