Its postgraduate medical education programs include family medicine and transitional year residencies, as well as an informatics fellowship.Job SummaryThe Paralegal provides professional legal support service as directed by the SVP General Counsel and/or his/her designee and performs a variety of legal-related and administrative support tasks, including without limitation conducting legal research, drafting legal and business communications, preparing draft agreements and legal documents, facilitating the review and revision of business documents and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems. The Paralegal also provides administrative support, with focus on document management, filing and corporate record keeping. The person in this role is also responsible for coordinating meetings, managing schedules, interfacing with clients as directed, and performing special projects as requested.
