About The Position

We are looking for a Paralegal who will: M&A: Play an important role in M&A transactions, including due diligence support, managing closing checklists, generating redlines and signature pages, and other general support. Entity Management: Manage the global subsidiaries of CSG. Draft, review, and file organizational and entity compliance documents, including coordination of incorporation and dissolution procedures. Facilitate the appointment and education of directors of various subsidiary entities and manage passport and power of attorney requests. SEC Reporting: Support SEC reporting requirements, including the annual proxy statement, quarterly filings, and other routine filings, including Forms 3 and 4 for Section 16 officers. Internal Reporting: Support required internal reporting related to litigation and material nonstandard contract terms. Provide general support within the legal, tax, treasury, and accounting teams to promote efficient workflows. Is this opportunity right for you? Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $67,968.80-$108,747.81 This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity. Requirements
