As a Paralegal, you will be assisting our attorneys with the legal tasks to provide clients with top-notch legal services. We have a great team. Requirements

Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

We give preference to candidates with experience, and especially experience as a family law paralegal
An associate or bachelor's degree in legal studies is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to keep them updated regarding the progress on their case and to explain the legal process
Draft initial drafts of a variety of pleadings, including Complaints, Summons, Motions, Responses, Interrogatories, Orders, and Judgments of Divorce
Work independently to gather information and evidence to share with opposing party as required
Keep the client's file organized for client and attorney to access
Prepare cases for hearings and trial
