About The Position

We are a dynamic and growing civil litigation law firm specializing in consumer law, debt
defense, eviction and foreclosure defense, real estate, business, and uninsured
defense. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our team.
Please note, we are not a personal injury (plaintiff or defense) law firm. Our practice
requires precision, organization, and a proactive approach to managing cases.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years minimum of paralegal experience and a strong
understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP), particularly discovery
rules and deadlines. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and
capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 1–3 years minimum of paralegal experience required
• Strong familiarity with TRCP discovery rules and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently manage a caseload
• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (preferred but not required) English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and respond to discovery in compliance with TRCP deadlines
• Maintain and manage case files, including tracking critical deadlines
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and document management
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of case handling
