About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team supporting a dynamic, multi-state healthcare organization. This role plays a critical part in managing corporate legal operations, including contract administration, regulatory compliance, and litigation support, all under the direction of the General Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and legal terminology
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience utilizing technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
  • 4+ years of experience as a corporate or generalist paralegal
  • Experience supporting healthcare, hospital systems, or clinician environments

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize clinician employment agreements, hospital service agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Draft, review, and summarize legal agreements with strong attention to legal terminology and accuracy
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, physicians, and vendors
  • Manage contract lifecycle processes including data entry, validation, reporting, and audits
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance across multiple states
  • Prepare and file business entity documentation (LLCs, corporations, etc.)
  • Conduct legal and statutory research to ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Coordinate with registered agents and support good standing requirements
  • Organize and manage litigation and subpoena files
  • Track litigation holds and coordinate document preservation
  • Assist with investigations, legal research, and case preparation
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation indexes
  • Support scheduling of depositions, interviews, and legal proceedings
  • Draft legal policies and procedures
  • Manage legal vendor invoices and tracking
  • Represent the Legal department in cross-functional meetings
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support special projects as assigned
