Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of legal and operational matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Position is in-person in our New York offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of paralegal experience, ideally within capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, investment management, financial services, or corporate law.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal teams and external counsel.
• Proficiency with legal technology tools such as DocuSign, Intelligize/EDGAR and document management systems.
• Must be able to work from our New York City office 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of legal and corporate documents, including coordination of signatures and DocuSign workflows.
• Assist with contract review and negotiation of standard agreements (e.g., confidentiality and consulting agreements) under attorney supervision.
• Manage and track legal invoices, acting as a point of contact with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized systems for document management and entity records.
• Conduct legal research, including review of SEC filings and regulatory documents.
• Support formation and governance of new entities, including maintaining organizational records and signing authority.
• Monitor regulatory alerts and assist with compliance-related tracking of investments.
• Provide notetaking and administrative support for legal calls and meetings.
