Start your Voyage – Apply Now Profile Summary Voya Investment Management is seeking a Paralegal to join its mutual fund Legal Department in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role supports a dynamic registered funds practice and provides legal and administrative assistance related to the operation and governance of Voya’s mutual funds. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with a range of legal, regulatory, and governance matters, including preparation of Board materials, maintenance of fund documentation, and support of regulatory filings and examinations, working with increasing independence under attorney supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to produce accurate, high‑quality written work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a highly regulated, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with the drafting, production, and proofreading of materials for the Boards of Directors/Trustees of the Voya mutual funds, including meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of mutual fund registration statements and related disclosures.
  • Coordinate and assist in drafting and updating contracts and corporate documents.
  • Assist with preparation of materials and responses related to regulatory examinations.
  • Perform legal research, analysis, and other support activities as assigned.
  • Organize and maintain mutual fund legal files, records, and tracking spreadsheets.
