About The Position

Brittain Resorts & Hotels is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal and corporate operations across a growing hospitality portfolio. This role will partner closely with leadership and counsel to assist with contracts, compliance, litigation support, corporate governance, real estate matters, and employment-related documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. ‎ Responsibilities Legal & Corporate Support Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, amendments, and correspondence Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity filings, meeting minutes, resolutions, and compliance tracking Maintain and organize legal files, contract repositories, and document management systems Contracts & Compliance Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking renewals, expirations, and obligations Assist with regulatory compliance related to hospitality operations, employment law, and corporate policies Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely execution of agreements Litigation & Risk Management Assist with litigation support, including document collection, discovery responses, and coordination with outside counsel Track claims, subpoenas, and legal deadlines to ensure timely responses Support risk management initiatives and incident documentation as needed Real Estate & Hospitality-Specific Matters Assist with real estate-related documentation such as leases, easements, property agreements, and due diligence materials Support acquisitions, dispositions, and property transitions from a legal documentation perspective Administrative & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a liaison between internal teams (HR, Operations, Finance) and external legal partners Provide general administrative support to the legal function, including calendaring, invoicing, and reporting Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program; Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate, real estate, hospitality, or employment law
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity corporate environments
  • Familiarity with contract management software
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR-related legal documentation
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
