Duties include preparing criminal charges under the supervision of a deputy prosecutor, preparing legal papers and correspondence, obtaining, preparing and filing discovery, managing calendars, electronically filing court documents and other necessary records. This position is fast-paced, and requires the employee to expertly manage a high-volume of important criminal cases. The employee must be competent, capable, and reliable.
