Working Arrangement: Hybrid role requiring 3–5 days per week in our Park City office.

As our chosen Paralegal, every day you will assist with legal matters and support other requests from supporting departments.

Requirements

• Strong ability to review requests, resolve disputes, and handle sensitive matters
• Experience preparing legal documents, filings, and closing/due diligence materials
• Proficiency in contract review, analysis, and negotiation
• Ability to manage legal communications, notices, and compliance requirements (e.g., BOI filings)
• Skilled in research, planning, and supporting legal proceedings such as small claims
• Experience coordinating investor relations and preparing reports
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to develop policies, advise management, and support business objectives
• Flexible and able to take on additional responsibilities as needed
