About The Position
Assist with records collection, organization and review in both litigation and public records contexts. This individual may assist with litigation eDiscovery, exemption logs for attorney/client privilege as well as potential exemptions from the Public Records Act.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate and professional legal experience directly related to litigation, including eDiscovery, and public records, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft eDiscovery (Standard and Premium)
