About The Position

A premier law firm with over 35 years of excellence in environmental, construction defect, business, and entertainment litigation is seeking a qualified paralegal for its team in Burbank, CA. With high-profile cases valued between $10 million and $100 million, the firm represents major insurance carriers, corporations, and professionals across California, Nevada, and beyond. This experienced litigation paralegal will join our Environmental Department and support a dynamic team of attorneys on complex, high-stakes cases. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing legal team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of paralegal litigation experience
  • Experience in environmental, construction, entertainment, or business law preferred
  • E-filing experience in state and federal courts required
  • Strong trial preparation experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and litigation management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Paralegal certificate and/or degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in all stages of complex litigation, including environmental, construction, and business matters
  • Prepare and manage case files, exhibits, and evidence for hearings and trials
  • File legal documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing and maintaining records of submissions
  • Manage large volumes of discovery materials, track deadlines, and organize document productions
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, carriers, and administrative agencies as needed
  • Assist in trial preparation, including document indexing, witness coordination, and exhibit binders
  • Review, analyze, and summarize case documents and correspondence
  • Maintain effective communication with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure seamless case management
