About The Position

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented paralegal to support the Personal Injury team. This fast-paced role supports attorneys in state and federal litigation and requires close collaboration with other paralegals and case assistants. This role may include regular communication with Spanish-speaking clients; bilingual (Spanish/English) skills strongly preferred. This will be a hybrid position, based in our San Diego, CA office. Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Requirements

  • Paralegal certificate or qualification under Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450
  • 3+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience required
  • Experience with case management software
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as ShareFile, PACER, Everlaw, FileVine, Smart Advocate
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients
  • Review and organize client documents
  • Prepare and manage court filings and discovery
  • Manage electronic documents including Bates stamping and document review
  • Create privilege logs and trial exhibits
  • Update client data in case management systems
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
  • Manage deadlines using electronic calendaring systems
  • Coordinate CM/ECF and PACER filings and service of process
