About The Position

LCPtracker, Inc. is a cloud-based software (SaaS) provider specializing in labor compliance for public works construction projects. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Full-Time Paralegal to support our legal team in managing various legal tasks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal processes and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with SaaS industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation
  • Manage and organize legal files and documentation
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support the legal team in litigation and dispute resolution processes
  • Draft correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies
