As a Paralegal on Southwest Airlines’ Labor & Employment Team, you’ll be a trusted partner in managing critical legal matters that impact our People and our business. You’ll assist Attorneys in responding to government charges, preparing for labor arbitrations, and coordinating with outside counsel on employment litigation. In this role, you’ll handle everything from drafting and reviewing legal documents to managing case files, conducting research, and tracking project progress. You’ll also serve as a liaison with law firms, vendors, and internal clients—helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
