About The Position

Personal Injury Paralegal A local, growing law firm with a facility in the Ann Arbor, MI area is currently seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a Direct Hire opportunity with their expanding plaintiff-side practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal looking for a firm that offers a collaborative environment, meaningful case involvement, professional growth, and long-term stability. Local candidates are preferred; hybrid work arrangements may be considered for well-qualified candidates. Personal Injury Paralegal compensation is anticipated to be competitive and commensurate with experience . All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Personal Injury Paralegal candidates will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury cases 2+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and reports Strong experience working with insurance companies, claims, and demand packages Ability to independently identify key medical and factual issues impacting case value Experience assisting with discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and legal research Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active case files and deadlines An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required; equivalent personal injury paralegal experience will be strongly considered Must be able to work in the United States ( no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered ) Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc. Should you be qualified and interested, please send an MS Word copy of your Personal Injury Paralegal resume to [email protected] . Requirements

2+ years of recent, relevant experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury cases
2+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and reports
Strong experience working with insurance companies, claims, and demand packages
Ability to independently identify key medical and factual issues impacting case value
Experience assisting with discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and legal research
