About The Position
Working under the general supervision of the EVP/Chief Legal Officer ('CLO'), this position is primarily responsible for supporting TruStone Financial's (the 'Credit Union') legal function and activities. This position will assist the CLO in the implementation and maintenance of legal risk management programs and policies; provide guidance and advice to various business units on legal matters, including corporate governance, and contractual obligations; and assist in managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies.
