About The Position
CarShield is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This position supports the General Counsel department and works closely with deputy general counsel, compliance, HR, and more. You’ll coordinate daily legal operations, draft documents, support compliance efforts, gather information, and facilitate legal efforts generally. A good way to think about this is if you are the one in your professional circles that always finds a way to get that last minute reservation when the place is 'all booked;' or, tracks down a doctor’s email/cell that is otherwise unreachable – think forensic investigator. We welcome candidates from law firms or fast-paced corporate environments—especially those who solve problems, speak with customers or partners by phone, negotiate outcomes, and resolve complaints with professionalism and poise. If you're known for staying organized, cheerful under pressure, and keeping people satisfied, you may be a perfect fit. Compensation can be commensurate with experience for candidates who bring strong, transferable skills.
