About The Position
Lyons Gaddis, a law firm with a state-wide practice, has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in the Water Unit. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in water court litigation and water-related transactions, be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment as needed to support several attorneys, including document drafting, proofreading, revising, court filings, electronic file management, calendar management, transcription, and general support for assigned attorneys. The position involves regular interaction with clients via the phone or in person. Familiarity with Tabs/Practice Master is helpful. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and CCE or similar systems a must.
