About The Position

Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full‑service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of two years of experience in Tort & Insurance Defense litigation to join our Uniondale, Long Island office. Our professional staff plays a key role in the Firm’s continued growth and success, and we look forward to adding a proactive and motivated member to our team.

Requirements

  • A four‑year college degree.
  • At least two years of tort litigation experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to assume immediate responsibility, prioritize assignments, and manage an active caseload.
  • Capacity to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare litigation documents, including discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, discovery motions, and medical record reviews.
  • Obtain, organize, and track medical and other relevant records.
  • Provide direct support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
  • Work overtime on an as‑needed basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
