Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Support Execution
  • Preparing closing documents, deeds, affidavits, and transaction packages
  • Drafting standard correspondence and transaction-related documentation
  • Organizing transaction files and supporting materials
  • Assisting in preparation of closing statements and related documentation
  • Formatting and proofreading legal documents
  • Deadline & Closing Coordination
  • Maintaining accurate tracking and execution of transaction timelines and closing deadlines
  • Conducting initial client interviews and appointment coordination
  • Maintaining transaction calendars and milestone tracking
  • Monitoring contract deadlines, contingencies, and closing dates
  • Confirming completion of required tasks prior to closing
  • Escalating risks prior to deadline or closing failure
  • File & Document Control
  • Maintaining organized, complete, and audit-ready transaction files
  • Managing digital and physical transaction files
  • Ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored
  • Maintaining version control
  • Updating case records in PracticePanther
  • Title & Due Diligence Coordination
  • Supporting structured review and organization of title and due diligence materials
  • Reviewing title commitments and supporting documents for completeness
  • Organizing surveys, title documents, and closing requirements
  • Coordinating with title companies and lenders
  • Tracking resolution of title issues
  • Billing & Revenue Capture Support
  • Supporting accurate revenue capture through proper task execution and documentation
  • Recording task activity within case systems
  • Supporting attorneys with documentation needed for billing
  • Ensuring all completed work is reflected in case records
  • Identifying unbilled work activity
