  • Support attorneys in state litigation and appellate cases related to implied consent and vehicle licensing.
  • Draft pleadings and assist with discovery processes.
  • Conduct witness interviews and gather relevant information.
  • Manage an active caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics and interact effectively with clients and the public.
  • Completion of formal paralegal coursework resulting in a program certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree, or two years of experience in a litigation setting as a paralegal or equivalent legal support position.
  • Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and legal document formatting.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage an active caseload.
  • Excellent judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience using electronic files and case management tools, particularly SharePoint.
